Bruce Ash was born and raised in Tucson, Arizona where he attended the University of Arizona and graduated in 1975 receiving a Bachelor of Science Degree in Real Estate and Finance. Mr. Ash joined Paul Ash Management Company in 1973 and along with his father developed a successful real estate management and acquisition firm operating multifamily, retail, industrial and office properties throughout Arizona and across the United States. He was a co-founder of the Bank of Tucson, Sun Community Bancorp, Yuma Community Bank and First California Southern Bancorp. Mr. Ash served as Chairman of The Jewish Federation of Southern Arizona and earlier as President of Council Housing and Handmaker Jewish Services for the Aging. He was selected as Arizona's Republican Committeeman in 2007 and was re-elected to successive four year terms in 2008 & 2012 and 2016. Bruce Ash was a presidential elector in 2008 and 2016. In 2010 Mr. Ash was elected Chairman of the RNC Standing Committee on Rules (2010 -2012) and was re-elected to serve a four year term in 2013. Mr. Ash served as special advisor to the 2012 RNC Convention Rules Committee. Bruce Ash served as a member of the RNC Executive Committee from 2010 to 2017. Ash currently serves as a board member of The Jewish Federation of Southern Arizona. Bruce Ash is married (Jane) and they have two married sons Matthew (Tessa) and Michael (Onnie) as well as two grandsons Bodhi and Lev. .

Phil Bregman is an educator, entrepreneur and community volunteer. He is a graduate of the University of Arizona College of Education, Magna Cum Laude and holds a Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education. He has served as the Executive Director of the Leroy D. Kendis Child Care Center, which provided care of children between the ages of 6 weeks and 5 years. He also has served as President of Congregation Anshei Israel, President of the Handmaker Foundation and he currently serves as the President of the Hebrew Free Loan Association of Tucson, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Handmaker Jewish Services for the Aging and a member of the board of The Jewish Federation of Southern Arizona. Mr. Bregman is a Founder of Kino College and the current Director of Operations.

Scott Stovall is a Vice President with National Bank of Arizona. Scott has held VP positions in commercial and real estate finance with Chase, Alliance Bank and Bank of the West in the Tucson, Phoenix and Albuquerque markets as well as previous principal and CFO of Metro Title Agency of Arizona prior to joining National Bank in 2016. Scott’s undergraduate studies were at the University of Arizona and he holds a Master of International Management from The American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird) focusing on International Political Economy and International Studies.
Eric received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with majors in accounting and finance from the University of Arizona. He has been employed by LUDWIG KLEWER & CO. PLLC since he graduated in 1998 and was promoted to partner in January 2010. Eric is the former President of the Jewish Education Tax Credit Organization board of directors, former Treasurer of the Arizona Blind and Deaf Children’s Foundation, Inc. board of directors, and former member of the University High School Alumni Association board of directors. Eric is currently serving as the Vice President of the Handmaker Jewish Services for the Aging board of directors, audit committee and finance committee. Eric has developed income tax and financial statement expertise across several industries including medical practices, construction contracting, real estate partnerships, nonprofit organizations, and employee benefit plans. His income tax experience includes corporations, partnerships, LLCs, trusts and individuals.
Yana Krone has come on board at the Hebrew Free Loan Association of Tucson as the Community Relations Director. As a graduate from the Ohio State University, Yana started her career in non-profit at the Mid-Ohio Foodbank in Columbus, Ohio. After moving to Tucson to work on her MBA over 20 years ago, Yana has had the privilege to work with local companies such as Southern Arizona Home Builders Association (SAHBA), Tucson Lifestyle Magazine and Bolchalk Frey Marketing and Advertising. Yana hopes to use her non-profit and business experience to help the many individuals in need within our community, by offering financial assistance through interest free loans provided by the Hebrew Free Loan Association of Tucson.
Deb is a businesswoman and sculptor whose artwork spans all mediums, having a unique ability to see the final outcome of a design before its many stages of development. Deb founded Tagline nearly two decades ago to create an innovative alternative to the traditional agency model. Tagline prides its self on providing amazing design and production, cutting-edge websites, original social media content, fresh online marketing campaign, and most importantly…brand creation. Marketing to success is Deb’s passion, and my team and I are lucky enough to do it every day.
As a graduate of the Case Western Reserve University with a Master of Science Degree in Social Administration, Sue is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and has been providing administrative, case management and mental health services to individual and families who struggle with life's challenges for over 18 years. For the past 10 years, Sue has focused her work on mental health and has trained and practiced in many of the evidence-based therapies, specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. She is currently in private practice and provides a safe place to talk and to support individuals with the changes they are working towards. As a Faculty Affiliate at ASU School of Social Work in Tucson, Sue also teaches graduate level courses to social work students working towards their MSW degrees. Over her 18 year career in social work, Sue has seen the importance of having the right resources in place to help a family or individual reach their goals. For this reason, Sue is proud to serve the Hebrew Free Loan Association of Tucson and to help people change their lives.

A former prosecutor, Michael Harwin graduated summa cum laude from University of Arizona College of Law in May 1993, where he served on the editorial board of the Arizona Law Review and was inducted into the Order of the Coif. Recognized for his work in white collar criminal defense, Michael was listed in Best Lawyers America®, 2017-18. As a recognized speaker and author, Michael recently authored several book chapters for Thomsen Reuters. He is regularly both asked to speak at attorney continuing legal education seminars and consulted by other attorneys in the area of professional and collateral consequences of criminal charges and convictions, particularly for licensed professionals and non-citizens. As the recipient of numerous awards and honors, Michael is grateful to his many clients, dozens of whom have written and published comprehensive reviews, lauding not just outcomes, but explaining Michael’s honesty, responsiveness and compassion for those facing some of the most difficult moments in their lives. Michael has served on the Pima County Indigent Services Homicide Panel and the Federal Criminal Justice Act (CJA) panel for felony trials, appeals, and capital habeas matters.
Jane Kivel has a degree in political science. She was a Rabbi’s wife for many years and moved to Tucson to join the family business of real estate, which she now runs. Jane has served on the board of the Handmaker foundation and on the board of the Jewish Federation of Southern Arizona. She now serves on the board of Congregation Anshei Israel as a life trustee, the University of Arizona Theatre Foundation board and is also happy to serve on the board of the Hebrew Free Loan Association. Jane was the Jewish Federation of Southern Arizona’s Woman of the Year in 2013 and has served as their Women’s Philanthropy chair. Jane has also received the Southern Arizona Chapter of Fundraising Professionals Spirit of Philanthropy award.
